With more than 30 years’ experience in the practice of sports law, KGA offers its clients the services of highly specialized lawyers and the added benefit of cross-sector teams.

We advise and represent on a daily basis the interests of our sports clients, coaches, clubs, federations, trade unions, organizers of sporting events etc. in all aspects of their legal issues. We offer assistance in the drafting of contracts and negotiation, such as the remuneration of the right of image, but also in the restructuring of professional associations or sports clubs, the implementation of patronage actions, advice on the most favourable tax régime for any given type of operation, the construction and management of sports facilities, relations with public authorities, the organization of major sports events, etc… Our renowned competence in the sporting sector and our knowledge of its legal and economic specificities, enables our clients to rely on specialized expertise, which we are only too pleased to provide.

Naturally, we also assist and represent our clients in all litigation matters and in all jurisdictions: domestic courts of federations and leagues, national and international courts of law, arbitration institutions (ICC, Court of Arbitration for Sport, etc.). François Klein is a member of an internal committee of the French Professional Football League and an arbitrator registered with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS); in this capacity he has been participating for over fifteen years in numerous arbitrations.

Marc Sénac de Monsembernard is the author of the fascicle «Contentieux du Sport» of the litigation directory Dalloz.

Eve Derouesné created the colloquium « Rencontres sportives sur terrain juridique ».
